Young’s Construction Company is built on a foundation that began generations ago. What is now our company started as Baca & Son Concrete, later operating as Baca’s Construction LLC — a family business shaped by over 50 years of hard work, dedication, and pride in the craft.

Founded by Johnnie Baca Sr. and carried forward by Johnnie Baca Jr., the business was rooted in quality, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right. While Johnnie Jr. is no longer with us, his influence remains a lasting part of everything we do.

Today, that legacy continues through Young’s Construction Company, owned and operated by Jason and Naomi Young — where those same values meet a new generation of craftsmanship. Through years of hands-on experience and a self-taught dedication to the trade, the company has expanded and evolved while staying true to what built the foundation in the first place.
